Hi! My name is Kandarp Vadia and I am a rising senior at Vernon Hills High School and this is the 3rd year of Project Curiosity! I have a couple of years of experience teaching kids and have realized that competitive math, astronomy, music, and public speaking are some really important fields that students often need to know. I have done 7 years of competitive math and have gotten 1st place in the IML, ICTM, and the AMC 8. I have also been doing Astronomy for 3 years, and even coached a middle school Science Olympiad team that made it to the state level. I have played the violin for 7 years and the guitar for 5 years. As for public speaking, I have won multiple awards for speech competitions and debates at various events, and recently I won 1st Place for Business Presentation at the Future Business Leaders of America State Conference and 2nd in the National Conference against competitors from all over the country.
